Cheapest shipment from Sweden to Canada

Hi, I'd like to know how I can ship stuff from Sweden to Canada to be really cheap since I'm not with any compagnie but at my own. I was thinking of ocean shipment... by boat, cuz the delay is not a matter. It would be about a 40kg package, 1m³. If there is any information or links you can give me,that would be very great!
